About River North Condos
The River North District in Chicago has seen significant redevelopment over the last 20 years, with growth particularly in the area of residential high-rises. Situated north of the Chicago River and the Merchandise Mart, south of Chicago Avenue, east of the Chicago River and west of the Magnificent Mile and Michigan Avenue, the area was originally an industrial and warehouse district. Some of these building have been converted into lofts, but most have now been replaced with new construction.

River North is served by both the Brown/Purple line, with stops at Merchandise Mart and Chicago-Brown and the Red Line, with the Grand-Red and Chicago-Red stations.
