The Wanda Vista Tower, also referred to as the Vista Residences, and the topmost full floor condos, as the Sky 360 of Vista Tower, was designed by Chicago native Jeanne Gang and is under construction at 363 Wacker Drive on Chicago’s scenic riverfront. Other details may include laundry rooms with space for full-size washer and dryer; walk-in closets; stone tile baths with soaker tub and oversized, glass-enclosed shower; custom cabinetry with stone top vanity; quartz or stone countertops and backsplash in kitchens with designer cabinetry; and bar seating with pendant lighting.
Luxury Condos at Vista Tower
Units available for sale on the market range from one to five bedrooms and up to 5.5 baths. Beginning at 1,101 square feet up to 1,304 square feet, 1-bedroom/1.5 bath units list up to $1,294,872. Two-bedroom units with 2 or 2.5 baths from just under 2,000 square feet are being offered at $1.446 million to $2,422,875. Three-bedroom homes with the option of 2 to 3.5 baths start at 2,047 square feet and list up to $3,036,812.
Known as the Sky 360 Residences at Vista Tower, full-floor homes on the upper floors will feature four-bedrooms and 4.5 baths from 5,500 to 6,386 square feet , as well as a 6,500-square foot, 5-bedroom/5 -bath home, currently listed at $10,368,812. The top two floors are planned as a single duplex penthouse complete with the most stunning and commanding of 360º views, with an estimated price tag of over $17M.

Wanda Vista Towers is an elite, full-service building.
